What is the 'Rent-to-Rent' model?

Rent-to-Rent is where properties are leased from the landlord/agent with us as tenancy, we then sublet your property to carefully vetted and preferred tenants for short - mid term stays. We handle all management, ensuring landlords receive stable, hassle-free rental income.

Why do landlords choose to work with you?

We provide landlords and agents with a long term, secure tenant, guaranteeing a competitive rent, therefore eliminating void periods and re-listing fees. Saving valuable time and money. Regular cleaning and property inspections are carried out, ensuring your property is always cared and looked after.

Who do you rent my property to?

We only allow preferred guests, such as professional and corporate, couples and families. Checks are carried out before hand, including ID.

How long is the lease agreement?

We aim for a minimum 3 year lease, with the option to go up to 5 years. This duration gives landlords the longevity to get strong investment returns whilst allowing us to market your property to the best of our ability.

What happens if the property is damaged?

We take full responsibility for the day to day upkeep of the property, any accidental damages beyond wear and tear will be covered under our insurances and security deposits. Whilst we provide full insurance of guest related incidents and contents of the property, we advise all landlords have their own buildings insurance policy too.
